One of the five Ikea stores in Finland within a short bus ride.
In Viherlaakso suburb: Alepa 24h supermarket, library, laundry (featuring also self service), dentist clinic and other.
A regionally leading mall 'Sello' as well as a sports park including a swimming hall with an outdoor pool are located in Leppävaara.
The location is well served by public transport:
- Trunk line 200 at Turuntie serves
(east bound) via Leppävaara (regional train, long distance train as well as rapid tramline 'Raide-Jokeri') and Meilahti to Helsinki city center.
(west bound) via Jorvi hospital and Ikea to Espoo station (regional train).

Minimum 2 months fixed term contract.
Is there a laundry service included in rent ?
There is no laundry service available.
Included are 2 sets of bed sheets for two occupants (4 sets in total).
A washing machine is available.
Cloths may also be washed in the house laundry room, which is equipped with large capacity washing machines as well as a laundry drying room.
House laundry room is available by a separate booking on a per session basis.
Charges for house laundry room bookings are not covered by the rent.
There is also a commercial laundry service within walking distance (featuring full service as well as self service).
Is parking available ?
All parking places of the house are booked for the time being.
Free 24h parking available on some of the neighborhood streets.
Is this apartment fully accessible ?
No. It is located in the 3rd floor. There is no lift in the house.
Is electricity or water separately charged ?
Electricity, water and heat are all included in the rent.
Can I smoke in this apartment ?
No smoking in the apartment, in the stair ways or on the balcony.
Can I bring my pet ?
Allowance for a pet needs to be separately agreed.
All damage potentially caused by a pet shall be covered by the guest.
A separate guarantee will be withheld for a pet.
Is there a full dinner set and are there relevant cooking utensils available in the kitchen ?
A dinner set for 6 are to be found in the kitchen.
Conventional utensils are included.
Is there a net connection ?
The apartment is equipped with a cable modem with a wifi router.
The connection speed is 10 Mbit/s (provider DNA).
Is there a TV set ?
There is a digital TV set.
The cable network distributes a set of free channels, including several with HDTV quality.
The set is *not* Smart-TV capable.
Use of streaming services requires use of a laptop and a HDMI cable.
May I throw a party ?
This apartment is for personal accommodation.
Use of the apartment as a party venue is not allowed.
House rules must obeyed.
Do I need a home insurance covering my stay ?
A separate insurance is not required.
Do you charge for cleaning in the end of my stay ?
The apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner for regular house keeping by the guest.
Eventual stains shall be wiped, as they occur, with a wet towel (no water to be poured on the floor).
For the next guest we will do a regular weekly vacuum cleaning.
In case the apartment requires more thorough cleaning, the guest will be charged for such service.
Who is in charge of replacing the battery of the smoke alarm ?
Upon arrival of the guest, the smoke alarm will have been furnished with a fresh battery.
In case battery replacement is required during the stay, the guest shall take care of it.
Help is available for battery replacement, if required.
